Belli, Clara, age 95, November 8, 2020. Beloved wife of the late Armando for 61 years. Loving mother of Sally (the late John) Cornell, the late Cynthia Belli, the late Christina (Michael) Locricchio, Barbara (Frank) Pirrello, Sandra (Michael) Kirk and Dr. Karen (Dr. Matthias) Kirsch. Loving grandmother of JJ, Johnny, the late Laura, Lauren (Tony), Ali (Anthony), Brandon (Tiffany), Lia (Michael), Alyssa, Matt and Alex (Fiancé Marisa). Proud great grandmother of Alayna, Anthony, Michael, Christiano, Lucas, Madelyn, Lillian and Christina. Dearest sister of Francesca and preceded in death by her two brothers Antonio and Pasquale and two sisters Dorotea and Eda.

Clara Ferretti was born on December 29, 1924 in Alfedena, Italy. She endured the hardships of WWII before marrying Armando Belli in 1949. She arrived to the United States on Valentine’s Day 1950. Armando welcomed her with a Sanders heart and card. She was proud to be an American and became a US Citizen as soon as she could. The love they had for each other continued throughout their lives, raising six daughters. Her love for her family grew even more, not just as a devoted wife and loving mother, but as a proud grandmother and great grandmother. Family came first for Clara and it was all held together by her strong Catholic faith. Her love for Armando never wavered and she became his caretaker for 20 years following his stroke. Clara enjoyed cooking (her family will miss her delicious ravioli), sewing, gardening and spending time with her grandchildren. She loved to go shopping and always looked beautiful. She was a proud member of the Ladies of the Loyal Wing Club, tracing back to her heritage in the little town of Alfedena, Italy. Clara will be truly missed but will forever remain in our hearts.
