Dolores Jean Stoyanoff

Dolores Jean Stoyanoff, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, Monday evening.

A devout Catholic, Dolores was of English/Scotch/German/French decent, born October 4, 1930 to Joseph King and Eleanor Krause in Detroit, Michigan. She was happily married for 72 years to Stanley Stoyanoff of Detroit, and they resided together, first in Roseville and then Warren, Michigan. Dear mother of Donna Lynn Mastalski, wife of Philip Mastalski, of Ortonville, MI; David Allan Stoyanoff, husband of Laura Straineri, of Sterling Heights, MI; and Sharon Leighty Bressoud, wife of Steve Bressoud, of Healdsburg, CA. Her greatest joy was her grandchildren, Navy Corpsman Kimberly Rademacher of Chicago, IL, twins Matthew Stoyanoff of Sterling Heights, MI and Michael Stoyanoff of Winter Garden, FL, and triplets Madison Leighty of San Diego, CA, Norman Scott Leighty, Jr. , and Noah Leighty, both of Healdsburg, CA.

Dolores’s favorite spot was at Stan’s side as they traveled the world together. She lit up the lives of all who knew her.

Visitation is Thursday, September 29, 2022 from 2-8 pm at Bagnasco & Calcaterra Funeral Home, 13650 E. 15 Mile Rd, Sterling Heights, MI.

Funeral Mass Friday, September 30, 2022 at 9:30 am, preceded by Visitation at 9am at St. Michael Catholic Church, 40501 Hayes Road, Sterling Heights, followed by a procession to Resurrection Cemetery, 18201 Clinton River Road, Clinton Township.
