Mario Izzi

Izzi, Mario, passed away on May 17, 2019, age 80 at his home surrounded by his family after a long struggle with his health. Mario was born in Casalvieri, Italy. Beloved husband of Elsa (nee Canale). Devoted father of Edoardo (Ginette), Linda, Carlo (Heidi), Mario (Jeanette) and the late Marco.
Proud grandfather of 9 and great grandfather of 1. Predeceased by his parents Costanza and Onorio. Brother of Paul, Albert, the late Elvira, the late Josephine, the late Aldo, the late Ernesto, the late Aldo of Casalvieri, Italy and the late Alberto of Casalvieri, Italy.
Visitation at the Sterling Heights Chapel of Bagnasco & Calcaterra Funeral Home, 13650 East Fifteen Mile Road, Sterling Heights, MI 48312, Wednesday, May 22, 2019 from 2:00 PM until 9:00 PM with a Rosary Service at 7:00 PM. Funeral Mass, Thursday, May 23, 2019 at San Francesco Church, 22870 S. Nunneley Road, Clinton Township, MI 48035, instate at 9:30 AM until time of mass at 10:00 AM.
