Beloved husband of Alta for 23 years. Loving father of Anthony “Tony” Joseph Slagle and Maria Gracia Slagle. Dear son of Janet (the late Richard) Slagle. Brother of Margaret (Jack) Thompson, Mary (the late Danny) Doebler, Karen McGuffie, Patti (Bob) Gillespie and Janet (Brad) VanBecelaere (brother and sisters of Alta). Predeceased by Caridad Soriano. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation at the Sterling Heights Chapel of Bagnasco & Calcaterra Funeral Home 13650 E. Fifteen Mile Road, (@ Schoenherr) Tuesday 2:00-9:00 pm with Rosary at 7 pm. Funeral Wednesday. Instate 10:30 am until 11:00 am Mass at St. Malachy Catholic Church, 14085 E. Fourteen Mile Road, Sterling Heights.
