Rita Emily Davis

Rita Emily (nee Bushon) Davis was born on February 7, 1926 and died on August 9, 2022. Beloved wife of Joseph Edward "Ed" Davis who pre-deceased her on July 30, 2006. Loving mother of Janice (the late Michael) Siebert, Judy (John) Thomson-Torosian, Joann (Dr. David) Jolgren, Joyce (James) Johnston, and Jackie (Joe) Petracca. Proud grandmother of Darius (Laura) Thomson, John (Lindsay) Siebert, John (Leah) Torosian, Michelle Torosian, Amy (Joe) Siebert-McKenzie, Alex (Paige) Johnston, Katelyn Petracca, Evan Jolgren, Steven Jolgren, Nick Petracca, Andy Johnston, Devyn Jolgren and Laurel Jolgren. Great Grandmother (GG) of Tilar Berryessa, DJ Thomson, Jude Figueroa, JJ Thomson, Paul Torosian, Adam Figueroa, Sofia Torosian, Luke Figueroa, Delilah Siebert and Penelope Siebert. Last surviving sibling and youngest of 11. Predeceased by Martha (Henry) Torze, Anna (Ernest) Stehlin, Eleanor Bushon, Helen (Frank) Formenti, Mary (John) Ceuninck, Harold Bushon, Anthony (Marge) Bushon, Edward (Shirley) Bushon, Arthur Bushon and Joan (Lou) Piekarz. Godmother to many. Survived by many nieces and nephews. Rita was a loving wife, mother of five, grandmother of 13 and great-grandmother of 10 (so far). She worked hard and loved her family and extended family. She was always there to listen and she prayed for everyone! Her family believes that she had a direct line to Jesus and the blessed mother. She was a great role-model for all of her children, grand-children, great-grandchildren and extended family. She was loved by all and will be greatly missed.
