Robert E. Glowe

Robert Glowe, age 85 of Fraser, passed away on March 11, 2021. Robert was born on May 18, 1935, to Edward and Helen Glowe. He married the love of his life, Joanne, on February 7, 1959. Joanne reached heaven’s gate a few short months before Robert. As heartbreaking that is for all that loved them, what a blessing that neither one had to live long without the other. Together they raised Arlene, Debra (Alfred), Brian (the late Sandra), Denise (Keith) and Michael (Beth). He was the proud and loving grandfather of Jillian, Ronald (Shelby), Shelby (Ryan), Maureen, Alfred, Megan, Aaron, Robert, David, Brian (Lauren), Bradley, Carly, Sarah, Britney and Jayson. And the Great Grandfather of Sully, Douglas, Jack, Emma, Addilyn, Paisynn, Harlow, Cole, Avary, Aiden, Eloise, Oliver and Clémence. He was the dear brother of Judith.

A celebratory service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on June 27, 2021, at Woodside Bible Church, 27300 Hoover Road, Warren, MI 48093. There will be a time of fellowship from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

A dinner in the honor of both Robert and Joanne Glowe will be held at Fern Hill Golf Club, 17600 Clinton River Road, Clinton Township, MI 48038 immediately following the service.
